Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all Merrylume orders, with tracking included.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days in total from the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Christmas delivery: to receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 10. Orders placed after this date may arrive after December 24.

During peak periods (Black Friday and the Christmas season), carriers can occasionally experience delays that are outside our control. We will always keep you updated.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of purchase, or tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and find a solution (a replacement or a refund).

Customs and duties

For deliveries within the European Union there are no additional customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
