2. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Images are for illustration: colours and the size of the projection can vary depending on your screen, the room, the distance to the ceiling and the lighting conditions. The projector works best in a dark room.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) by default, or in your local currency where available. Any applicable taxes and duties are shown at checkout. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of your order through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product becomes unavailable; in that case you will receive a full refund.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

You can return your product within 30 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. EU customers also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity for goods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Safe use

Merrylume is a decorative product for indoor use only. Keep it away from water, do not look directly into the light source at close range, use a standard USB power source and switch it off when you leave the room or go to sleep. Keep small parts away from young children.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, logos and design, belongs to Merrylume or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. This does not exclude or limit our liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
